Install Windows Vista / 7 Using USB Flashdisk

The development of increasingly crazy netbook and consistency netbook concept that does not use optical media such as DVD / CD-ROM has forced the owner to a little more study. An example is how to install a new operating system without using optical media, USB Flashdisk enough with it?

Installing windows 7 or windows vista with a USB flash? Sure can. This is very useful, especially for computer, laptop, or netbook with no CD or DVD player. What my friends need is a minimum capacity of 4GB flash, if more is not a problem.

To run this tutorial you need:

- USB Flashdisk, minimum capacity of 4GB (make sure the 4GB capacity, because the file is more than 2.5 GB)
- File installer Windows 7 or Windows Vista (we recommend using Windows Original)
- PC with a DVD / CD-ROM

To install Windows from a USB Flashdisk 7, we must prepare the flash itself with the following steps:

Step 1: Format USB Flashdisk

1. Plug the flash size of 4GB

2. Open a Command Prompt (cmd.exe) with administrator authority. For example, click the Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accesories, right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator, or type in CMD -> press the three keys Ctrl + Shift + Enter

3. Having emerged dos prompt type DISKPART. Then type LIST DISK command to determine the numbering of the USB Disk Flashdisk it.

4. If it is assumed, the flash is located on Disk 1, then write and execute the following command:

SELECT DISK 1
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
SELECT PARTITION 1
ACTIVE
FORMAT FS = NTFS (the format wait until completion)
ASSIGN
EXIT

Up to these steps, do not close the DOS prompt

Step 2: Create a bootable USB flash

1. Insert the CD / DVD installation of Windows 7, then remember drive letter from the optical media, such as DVD on "E" and the flash is in 'F'

2. Type the following command:

E: BOOT CD and press enter, the note E is the letter of your DVD.
BOOT CD and press enter

3. Installing to a USB Flashdisk BootManager by using the command:
BOOTSECT.EXE/NT60 F: F is the position with your Flashdisk.

4. Copy the entire contents of the installation DVD to a USB Flashdisk

Step 3: Setting the BIOS

Enter into the BIOS, and make sure the first option is the boot via USB flashdisk.

If the above steps are completed, turn on / restart your computer. Installation Process Windows 7 or Windows Vista can be done. Good luck!
